London Writers’ Café is a group for all creative writers to network, share, read and discuss their writing – in all its forms – and receive feedback on their writing. LWC’s primary goal is to provide an online and offline forum where writers can join in, learn some tips and connect with others.
The group began in 2006, by just a few writers who wanted to regularly get together to share their work for advice, feedback and honest critiques. Today, LWC is a thriving community of more than 1,100 writers, with regular group meetings taking place in a supportive, relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
So if you’re looking for a reliable writing group in London that delivers constructive information, or you'd just like to spend some time with other writers, LWC could be the place for you. We understand that everyone needs a good excuse to avoid sitting at the PC or staring at blank pages of parchment every now and again...

You can also explore our upcoming events to view what’s coming up.
Meetings take place on the second Thursday and third Monday, from 7-9pm, each month. It’s free to join the site and meetings are just £2 each. Special event prices may be higher. All members are welcome to bring their work along to read out to the rest of the group and spaces for this can be reserved in advance.

That sounds very interesting and worth going to. Thanks for the information. When I'm next in London that would be a good place to go.
I go to a Writers Cafe in Swindon - they are the best way to meet other writers. We share food - everyone brings something - and then sit about and talk words. No better way to spend an evening.
